Q: Can 2 year olds eat popcorn?
A: It is NOT recommended to give whole pieces of popcorn until a child is over 4. If you are enjoying a bowl of popcorn with your 2 year old you could break off the white fluffy parts.

Q: Can 2 year olds talk?
A: Usually, at one year of age, most children are able to say “Mama” and “Dada” and possibly one or two other words. It is expected that by the time a child turns two that he would have a vocabulary greater than fifty words. Given these milestones, talk to your pediatrician if your child does not say any words at the age of two.
